Unit Information: RT(R) . This is a cardiac interventional rad tech position. ARRT Certification Indiana license required. 2 years of Cath Lab experience required. Full-Time 7a.m. - 5:00 p.m. 4 days/week with one day off On-call required for nights/weekends/holidays Average 1 night/week and 1 weekend Q 4-5 weeks 30 minute response time. Diagnostic and Interventional Cardiac Cath Lab. Large Advanced Heart Failure and cardiac transplant population.

Minimum Requirements:x

• Current 2 years of current Cath Lab experience
• Current IN Radiology Tech License
• Current ARRT License
• Current AHA BLS
• Skills Checklist from within the past 12 months
• Drivers License
• EMR Experience (Include years of experience, and systems used)
• Final RTO or any scheduling requests
• Two Supervisory References from the past two years of employment

Shift: 07:00 AM-05:00 PM - (4x10 Days)
