Unit Information: Type of equipment – single plane = GE; biplane = Philips.  Also have one Invasive CT scanner in the department. EMR – Cerner (Radnet). List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Dialysis work( Permcaths, fistulagrams), neph tubes, arteriograms/embolizations, Y-90, G tubes, TIPS, Inari cases. Cerebral arteriograms, coilings, pipelines, mechanical thrombectomies, vertebroplasties. Must have: previous Interventional Radiology experience (scrub and circulate) and previous neurointerventional Radiology experience (scrub and circulate). 

Minimum Requirements:

• Current 2 years of current Interventional Radiology or Cath Lab experience, must have moderate sedation experience
• Current ARRT
• Current AHA BLS
• Skills Checklist from within the past 12 months
• Drivers License
• EMR Experience (Include years of experience, and systems used)
• Final RTO or any scheduling requests
• Two Supervisory References from the past two years of employment
