Minimum Requirements:

• Current 1-2 years of current Clinic experience
• Current Virginia Clinic License
• Additional Certifications may be required
• Skills Checklist from within the past 12 months
• Drivers License
• EMR Experience (Include years of experience, and systems used)
• Final RTO or any scheduling requests
• Two Supervisory References from the past two years of employment
