Unit Information: Population Served: Patients with the following diagnosis Cardiac Surgery/Myocardial Infarction/Congestive Heart Failure/Cardiogenic Shock/Cardiomyopathy/Arrhythmias/S/P Cardiopulmonary Arrest Ages of Patients Served: Young Adult through Late Adult (18 - 60+) Nurse to Patient Ratios: 1:2
Mi nimum Requirements: The following experience is required: 2+ years of CVICU RN experience.
Compliance Credentials Needed for Submission:
- Current TN RN License – compact allowed
- Current AHA BLS
- Current AHA ACLS
- Current NIH
- COVID Vaccination Card, exemptions allowed upon request
- Skills Checklist from within the past 12 months
- Driver’s License
- EMR Experience (Include years of experience, and systems used)
- Final RTO no more than seven days
- Resume
- Two Supervisory References from the past two years of employment
