Location: Roseburg, Oregon

Minimum Requirements:

• Current 2 years of current Dialysis RN experience
• Must have Charge RN experience in the dialysis setting listed on resume -  REQUIRED 
• Must be willing and capable of taking charge RN -  REQUIRED 
• Must have FMC and EMR abilities -  REQUIRED
• ICHD/PD/HHD experience = perfect candidate!
• Current Oregon RN License
• Current BLS and ACLS Certifications
• Additional Certifications may be required
• Skills Checklist from within the past 12 months
• Drivers License
• EMR Experience (Include years of experience, and systems used)
• Final RTO or any scheduling requests
• Two Supervisory References from the past two years of employment

Shift: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM - Days

Travel Hourly Pay: $23.83

Travel Stipend: $1245.99

Travel Weekly Package: $2199.38

Local Hourly Pay: $ 48
Local Pay Package: $ 1920
