Minimum Requirements:

• Current 1-2 years of current LTAC RN experience
• Current Indiana RN License
• Current BLS and ACLS Certifications
• Additional Certifications may be required
• Skills Checklist from within the past 12 months
• Drivers License
• EMR Experience (Include years of experience, and systems used)
• Final RTO or any scheduling requests
• Two Supervisory References from the past two years of employment

Shift: 19:00-07:30 - Nights

Travel Hourly Pay: $20.00

Travel Stipend: $1491.01

Travel Weekly Package: $316.99
