Fidé is currently seeking an RN with Med/Surg/Tele experience for a per diem contract in Fort Dodge, IA
Minimum Requirements: 2 yrs of PCU, Stepdown or Tele Experience - Required
Graduate of an accredited nursing program. – Required. BSN – Preferred. As a member of the interdisciplinary team, contributes professional nursing knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients and their families. Maintains a practice environment that reflects the ANA Code for Nurses, Philosophy of Nursing at UnityPoint Health with in the structure of the Professional Nurse Practice Model and in collaboration with other care givers.
Compliance Credentials Needed for Submission:
- Current IA RN License – compact allowed
- Current AHA BLS
- Current AHA ACLS
- Skills Checklist from within the past 12 months
- Drivers License
- EMR Experience (Include years of experience, and systems used)
- Final RTO / Any scheduling requests must be presented in the submission file.
- Resume
- Two Supervisory References from the past two years of employment
Hours Per Week: 8 or 12 hour shifts
Shift: Nights
Local Hourly Pay: $45.00
Local Weekly Package: $360.00
