Fidé is currently seeking an RN with Med/Surg/Tele experience for a 13-week contract in Lima, OH
Minimum Requirements: The following experience is required: 2+ years of current Med/Surg/Tele experience. Will float to all units within skill level. Functioning within the Health System’s mission, vision, values, policies and procedures, the Registered Nurse assumes responsibility and accountability for the care of assigned patients on his/her shift. RN responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care using age specific criteria. Judgments are made based upon scientific knowledge and clinical skills. The RN also assists in planning, directing and teaching non-RN staff such as LPN/PCT and Unit Secretaries
Compliance Credentials Needed for Submission:
- Current OH RN License – compact allowed
- Current AHA BLS
- Current AHA ACLS
- Current NIHSS
- COVID Vaccination Card, no exemptions allowed
- Skills Checklist from within the past 12 months
- Final RTO
- Resume
- Two Supervisory References from the past two years of employment
Hours Per Week: 36
Shift: Days 7a-730p
Weekend Requirements: Every Other Weekend
On Call Requirements: No Call
