Fidé is currently seeking an RN with Med/Surg/Telemetry experience for a 13-week contract in Lima, OH
Minimum Requirements: The following experience is required: 5+ years of current Med/Surg/Telemetry experience. Functioning within the Health System’s mission, vision, values, policies and procedures, the Registered Nurse assumes responsibility and accountability for the care of assigned patients on his/her shift. RN responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care using age specific criteria. Judgments are made based upon scientific knowledge and clinical skills. The RN also assists in planning, directing and teaching non-RN staff such as LPN/PCT and Unit Secretaries. EMR: MediTech
Dress Code: Navy Blue
All Travelers will be expected/required to float to units within their scope of practice and skill set. Should a traveler refuse to float, Lima reserves the right to send traveler home without pay for the entire work week.
Compliance Credentials Needed for Submission:
- Current OH RN License – compact allowed
- Current AHA BLS
- Current AHA ACLS
- Current NIHSS
- COVID Vaccination Card, no exemptions allowed
- Skills Checklist from within the past 12 months
- Final RTO cannot exceed seven days
- Resume
- Two Supervisory References from the past two years of employment
Hours Per Week: 36
Shift: Nights 7p-730a; Will float to all units within skill level
Weekend Requirements: Every Other Weekend
On Call Requirements: No Call
