Fidé is currently seeking an RN with Med/Surg experience for a 13-week contract in Jackson, MS
Minimum Requirements: The following experience is required: 2+ years of current Med/Surg experience. 27 Bed Unit 5-6: 1 ratio. Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.
Implement and monitor patient care plans.
Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
Compliance Credentials Needed for Submission:
- Current MS RN License – compact allowed
- Current AHA BLS
- Current AHA ACLS
- COVID Vaccination Card, no exemptions allowed
- Resume
- Two Past Supervisor References (must have job title, email, valid phone number)
Hours Per Week: 36
