Location: Franklin, WI
Fidé is currently seeking an RN with Cath Lab experience for a 13-week contract in Franklin, WI
Minimum Requirements: The following experience is required: 2+ years of current Cath Lab experience. 4 - 10 hour shifts; Call: based on department needs but currently at 10-12 days of call a month which includes week days and weekends, holidays are as needed with call - Needs to be within 30 mins of Franklin hospital when on call; At least 1 year of cath lab experience is needed; may need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed
Compliance Credentials Needed for Submission:
- Current WI RN License – compact allowed
- Current AHA BLS
- Current AHA ACLS
- Driver’s License
- COVID Vaccination Card preferred but not required
- Final RTO
- Resume
- Two Past Supervisor References (must have job title, email, valid phone number)
