Fidé is currently seeking an RN with Med/Surg experience for a 13-week contract in Glen Falls, NY
Minimum Requirements: The following experience is required: 3+ years of current Med/Surg experience. THIS TRAVELER WILL BE WORKING DURING EPIC CONVERSION! MUST HAVE EPIC EXPERIENCE - NON-NEGOTIABLE. 3+ years of current Med Surg – Required. MUST be willing to float to other Med Surg units as needed. Peritoneal Dialysis training – Preferred. NO BLOCK SCHEDULING WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS NEED. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU REVIEW COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS NEED WITH YOUR TRAVELER TO ENSURE THEY WILL MEET ALL MEDICAL/VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS BEFORE UPLOAD. Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement. Dress Code: Personal scrubs of any color - No designs or cartoons. No hoodies.
Compliance Credentials Needed for Submission:
- Current NY RN License
- Current AHA BLS
- Current AHA ACLS
- Must be able to complete a 14 panel drug screen within 24 hours of acceptance
- COVID Vaccination Card, no exemptions allowed
- Driver’s License / Home Address
- Skills Checklist from within the past 12 months
- Final RTO
- Resume
- Two Signed Supervisory References from the past two years of employment
Hours Per Week: 36
Shift: Days: 7a-7.30p
Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend/Holidays required if needed
On Call Requirements: Rotating call pool to accommodate dips in census
