Fidé is currently seeking an Occupational Therapist with experience for a 13-week contract in Waco, TX
Minimum Requirements: The following is required at least one year of current Occupational Therapist experience. Performs initial and on-going occupational therapy assessments of patient's condition to establish, revise and evaluate a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient/family. Performs therapy interventions utilizing standard occupational therapy techniques and skills as appropriate for the condition of the patient. Oversees activities of occupational therapy assistants and other support personnel. Confers with referring and consulting physicians, nursing personnel and other health professionals regarding patient's progress, status and ongoing recommendations.

Compliance Credentials Needed for Submission:
- Current Occupational Therapist Licensure
- Current Skills Checklist from within the past twelve months
- Final RTO
- Driver’s License
- Resume
- Two Supervisory References from the past two years of employment
Hours Per Week: 40
Shift: Days 0700-1630
