Fidé is currently seeking an RN with Med/Surg/Tele experience for a 13-week contract in Fort Dodge, IA
Minimum Requirements: The following experience is required: 2+ years of current Med/Surg/Tele experience. 2 years current experience in PCU, Cardiac/Tele or Stepdown – Required. Travel experience strongly encouraged. Experience with tele strips including cardiac. BSN strong encouraged
Busy Unit. Need a strong & confident Nurse that can hit the ground running without issue!
Unit is a mix of medical, surgical, telemetry, “PCU” patients, and observation patients
Nurse: Patio ratio
Days: 1:4-5
Nights: 1-5-6
EMR - EPIC
Compliance Credentials Needed for Submission:
- Current IA RN License – compact allowed
- Current AHA BLS
- Current AHA ACLS
- COVID Vaccination Card, exemptions allowed upon request
- Skills Checklist from within the past 12 months
- Final RTO no more than 7 days
- Current Drivers License
- Resume
- Two Supervisory References from the past two years of employment
Hours Per Week: 36
Shift: Nights 7p-7a
Weekend Requirements: TBD including holiday rotation
On Call Requirements: None
