Fidé is currently seeking an RN with Med/Surg experience for a 13-week contract in Murfreesboro, TN
Minimum Requirements: The following experience is required: 2+ years of current Med/Surg experience.
Unit Capacity: 33 Beds Population Served: Post surgical floor specializing in ortho, oncology and neurology. Ages of Patients Served: Young Adult through Late Adult (18 - 60+) Nurse to Patient Ratios: 1:6 Core Staffing Plan: Variable staffing grid to include: Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Patient Care Technicians (PCTs), Nurse Interns (NIs). An RN assumes full responsibility for the patients on each team. Staffing Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification OCN certification is strongly encouraged
Compliance Credentials Needed for Submission:
- Current TN RN License – compact allowed
- Current AHA BLS
- Current NIHSS
- Current Driver’s License
- Last four of SSN and DOB
- EMR Experience (Include years of experience, and systems used)
- COVID Vaccination Card preferred but not required
- Final RTO
- Resume
- Two Past Supervisor References (must have job title, email, valid phone number)
