Fidé is currently seeking a Occupational Therapist with experience for a 13-week contract in Jackson, MS
Minimum Requirements: The following is required at least two years of current Occupational Therapist experience. Acute Care Rehab serves patients in the hospital. Outpatient Rehab serves community patients. occupational therapists for Acute Care Rehab to float between outpatient and acute care rehab. Must be licensed (OT, PT, and PTA) in the state of MS.

- Current OT, PT and PTA in MS
- Current AHA BLS
- Skills Checklist
- Final RTO
- EMR Experience (Include years of experience, and systems used)
- Driver’s License
- Resume
- Two Supervisory References from the past two years of employment
Hours Per Week: 36
Shift: Days 0800-430
Weekend: N/A
On Call: N/A
Travel Hourly Pay: $22.00
Travel Stipend: $1176.00
Travel Weekly Package: $2056.00
Local Hourly Pay: $40.00
