Fidé is currently seeking a Med/Surg/Tele RN with experience for a 13-week contract in Lima, OH
Minimum Requirements: The following experience is required: 2+ years of Med/Surg/Tele experience. Functioning within the Health System’s mission, vision, values, policies and procedures, the Registered Nurse assumes responsibility and accountability for the care of assigned patients on his/her shift. RN responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care using age specific criteria. Judgments are made based upon scientific knowledge and clinical skills. The RN also assists in planning, directing and teaching non-RN staff such as LPN/PCT and Unit Secretaries. EMR: MediTech - Dress Code: Navy Blue
Compliance Credentials Needed for Submission:
- Current OH RN License – compact allowed
- Current AHA BLS
- Current AHA ACLS
- Current NIHSS
- COVID Vaccination Card, exemptions allowed upon request
- Skills Checklist from within the past 12 months
- Drivers License
- EMR Experience (Include years of experience, and systems used)
- Final RTO no more than seven days
- Resume
- Two Supervisory References from the past two years of employment
Hours Per Week: 36
Shift: Nights 7P - 7:30A
Weekend Requirements: Every Other Weekend
On Call Requirements: No Call
Travel Hourly Pay: $28.00
Travel Stipend: $1162.00
Travel Weekly Package: $2170.00
Local Hourly Pay: $53.00
