Fidé is currently seeking a Med/Surg RN with experience for a 13-week contract in Nashville, TN
Minimum Requirements: The following experience is required: 2+ years of current Med/Surg experience. 6W/CDU Unit Capacity: 36 Beds Population Served: Medical patients and overflow medical/surgical patients. Ages of Patients Served: Young Adult through Late Adult (18 - 60+) Nurse to Patient Ratios: 1:6 Core Staffing Plan: Variable staffing grid to include: Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Patient Care Technicians (PCTs), Nurse Interns (NIs). An RN assumes full responsibility for the patients on each team. Staffing Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification National INstitutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
Compliance Credentials Needed for Submission:
- Current TN RN License – compact allowed
- Current AHA BLS
- Current AHA ACLS
- Current NIHSS
- Current Driver’s License
- Last four of SSN and DOB
- EMR Experience (Include years of experience, and systems used)
- COVID Vaccination Card preferred but not required
- Final RTO
- Resume

Holidays: Travelers are required to work two of the three major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's. Travelers will not choose which holidays they work; their unit managers will coordinate schedules based on the unit's needs.
Travel Hourly Pay: $20.00
Travel Stipend: $1300.00
Travel Weekly Package: $2020.00
Local Hourly Pay: $38.00
Local Weekly Package: $1368.00
