Fidé is currently seeking an Operating Room RN with experience for a 13-week contract in Robbinsdale, MN
Minimum Requirements: The following experience is required: 2+ years of current Operating Room experience. Level I Trauma Experience - Required
Looking for a well-rounded RN with experience in the following: OMFS, GYN, General, Urology, Davinci Xi, Neuro, Ortho Trauma, Plastics, Vascular
Crani, GSW, and Ortho Trauma Proficiency - Required
Davinci Robot Exp - Preferred
Experience with Peds - Geriatric Patient Population - Required
Epic Experience – Required
The Registered Staff Nurse (RN) provides holistic, care to customers and families. The focus is on independent, collaborative and delegated nursing functions as described in standards and competencies specific to the assigned service area. The scope of practice may include the care of neonates, infants, children, young adults, adults, and older adults throughout the life cycle. The RN executes the Standards of Nursing Practice including: assessment; nursing diagnosis; outcome identification; planning; implementation; and evaluation. The RN develops and revises the customer’s plan of care, coordinates care among disciplines and delegates activities to other customer care providers as appropriate. The RN participates in shared accountability and decision-making for nursing practices. Through active participation in practice and by implementing personal leadership qualities and skill, the RN defines, implements, and improves practice standards and the environment of care and promotes remarkable customer care.

- Current MN RN License – compact allowed
- Current AHA BLS
- COVID Vaccination Card, exemptions allowed upon request
- Drivers License
- EMR Experience (Include years of experience, and systems used)
- Final RTO
- Resume
- Two Supervisory References from the past two years of employment
Hours Per Week: 40
Shift: 8/12 Hour Flex Shifts - 6:45a, 8:30a, 11a, and 2:45p start times
Weekend Requirements: 3 weekends per 13 weeks
On Call Requirements: Up to 4 off premise call shifts per 13 weeks with 1 hour call back time
Travel Hourly Pay: $27.00
Travel Stipend: $1680.00
Travel Weekly Package: $2760.00
Local Hourly Pay: $60.00
Local Weekly Package: $2400.00
