Fidé is currently seeking an Operating Room RN with experience for a 13-week contract in Norman, OK
Minimum Requirements: The following experience is required: 2+ years of Operating Room experience. General Surgery, robotics, urology, neurosurgery - Required
10 & 12 Hour Nurse needed - Please notate preference or if candidate will do either or on the profile packet 1st page, please make it visible.
The facility campus has 6 operating rooms in the main OR with services of orthopedics, general, and ENT, 1 hybrid room for cardiac cases, and 3 operating rooms for GYN and Robotic cases.
RN essential functions include but are not limited to:
--Collaboration with other health professionals
--Assessment, Analyzing assessment data
--Establishing goals
--Planning care strategy
--Establishing priorities of care
--implementing care
--delegating tasks safely
--providing safe direct and indirect nursing care
--evaluating responses to interventions
--performing additional nursing functions in accordance with knowledge and skills acquired beyond basic nursing preparation.
--plans, prepares, and provides individualized peri-operative care utilizing the nursing process
--directs surgery department staff in the care of the surgical patient
--Takes responsibility for call and call back duties
--Flex interdepartmentally as needed
Compliance Credentials Needed for Submission:
- Current OK RN License - compact allowed
- Current AHA BLS
- Current AHA ACLS
- Current CNOR
- COVID Vaccination Card, exemptions allowed upon request
- Skills Checklist from within the past 12 months
- Drivers License
- EMR Experience (Include years of experience, and systems used)
- Final RTO no more than seven days
- Resume
- Two Supervisory References from the past two years of employment
Hours Per Week: 40
Shift: Days Tuesday - Friday 6:30A - 5:00P (10 Hour Days) / 6-8 Call Shifts Per Month with a 30 Minute Response / 1 Weekend Per Month
Weekend Requirements: 1 weekend per month (Fri-Sun)
On Call Requirements: 5-7 call shifts per month with a 30 minute response
Travel Hourly Pay: $28.00
Travel Stipend: $1246.00
Travel Weekly Package: $2366.00
Local Hourly Pay: $53.00
Local Weekly Package: $2120.00
