Fidé is currently seeking a PCU Cardiac Surgery RN with experience for a 13-week contract in Murfreesboro, TN
Minimum Requirements: The following experience is required: 2+ years of current PCU Cardiac Surgery experience. Looking for highly motivated nurses to help on this PCU Cardiac Surgery Unit. This unit cares for patients that are status post cardiac surgery. Staffing Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification Successful completion of a proctored rhythm test
Unit Capacity: 24 Beds Population Served: Pre and Post Cardiac Surgery, Acute Coronary Syndrome, heart failure, cardiomyopathy, unstable arrhythmias and other related cardiac disorders. Ages of Patients Served: Young Adult through Late Adult (18 - 60+) Nurse to Patient Ratios: 5:1 Core Staffing Plan: Variable staffing grid to include: Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Patient Care Technicians (PCTs), Nurse Interns (NIs). An RN assumes full responsibility for the patients.
Compliance Credentials Needed for Submission:
- Current TN RN License
- Current AHA BLS
- Current AHA ACLS
- Current NIHSS
- Current Driver’s License
- Last four of SSN and DOB
- EMR Experience (Include years of experience, and systems used)
- COVID Vaccination Card preferred but not required
- Final RTO
- Resume

Holidays: Travelers are required to work two of the three major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's. Travelers will not choose which holidays they work; their unit managers will coordinate schedules based on the unit's needs.
Travel Hourly Pay: $25.00
Travel Stipend: $1246.00
Travel Weekly Package: $2146.00
Local Hourly Pay: $40.00
Local Weekly Package: $1440.00
