Fidé is currently seeking a Med/Surg RN with experience for a 13-week contract in Murfreesboro, TN
Minimum Requirements: The following experience is required: 2+ years of current Med/Surg experience. Unit Capacity: The 6 East unit is a thirty-six (36) bed acute care unit focusing on medical patients, and infant, pediatrics, and adolescent medical/surgical patients. Population Served: MedSurg with ED pace care. All ages. COPD exacerbation, GI Bleed, AMS, UTI, Cellulitis, Appendicitis, Croup, Dehydration, Allergic Reactions, etc..Unique is pediatric diagnoses on this unit. Ages of Patients Served: Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult, Geriatric Nurse to Patient Ratios: 1:6 Core Staffing Plan: Variable staffing grid to include: Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Patient Care Technicians (PCTs), Nurse Interns (NIs). An RN assumes full responsibility for the patients on each team. Staffing Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Successful completion of a rhythm test
Will accept anyone interested in working longer than 13 weeks.
Compliance Credentials Needed for Submission:
- Current TN RN License
- Current AHA BLS
- Current NIHSS
- Current Driver’s License
- Last four of SSN and DOB
- EMR Experience (Include years of experience, and systems used)
- COVID Vaccination Card preferred but not required
- Final RTO
- Resume

Holidays: Travelers are required to work two of the three major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's. Travelers will not choose which holidays they work; their unit managers will coordinate schedules based on the unit's needs.
Travel Hourly Pay: $27.00
Travel Stipend: $1246.00
Travel Weekly Package: $2218.00
Local Hourly Pay: $41.00
Local Weekly Package: $1476.00
