Fidé is currently seeking a Progressive Care Unit/Stepdown Intermediate Care RN with experience for a 13-week contract in Murfreesboro, TN
Minimum Requirements: The following experience is required: 2+ years of current Progressive Care Unit/Stepdown Intermediate Care experience. Unit Capacity: 36 Beds Population Served: Stepdown/PCU: Continuous Bipap, low-dose vasopressors, trauma patients, lumbar drains, CIWA patients on higher doses of Ativan, hyponatremia, emergency dialysis patients, Hyperkalemia, Antifreeze ingestions, Home vents (trachs), Sheath removal, CEA, Rhabdo, Precedex, Stroke patients with Q2 neuro checks, Stable craniotomies, Fentanyl drips. Ages of Patients Served: Young Adult through Late Adult (18 - 60+) Nurse to Patient Ratios: 1:3 Core Staffing Plan: Variable staffing grid to include: Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Patient Care Technicians (PCTs), Nurse Interns (NIs). An RN assumes full responsibility for the patients on each team. Staffing Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Successful completion of a rhythm test
Will accept anyone interested in working longer than 13 weeks.
Compliance Credentials Needed for Submission:
- Current TN RN License
- Current AHA BLS
- Current AHA ACLS
- Current NIHSS
- Current Driver’s License
- Last four of SSN and DOB
- EMR Experience (Include years of experience, and systems used)
- COVID Vaccination Card preferred but not required
- Final RTO
- Resume

Holidays: Travelers are required to work two of the three major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's. Travelers will not choose which holidays they work; their unit managers will coordinate schedules based on the unit's needs.
Travel Hourly Pay: $25.00
Travel Stipend: $1246.00
Travel Weekly Package: $2146.00
Local Hourly Pay: $40.00
Local Weekly Package: $1440.00
