Fidé is currently seeking a Cardiac and Neuro Stepdown RN with experience for a 13-week contract in Nashville, TN
Minimum Requirements: The following experience is required: 2+ years of current Cardiac and Neuro Stepdown experience. Unit Capacity: 36 Beds Population Served: Cardiac and Neuro Stepdown: Cardiac bedside monitoring, Cardiac drips, TR bands, Post heart caths, Stroke/Neuro patients, BIPAP overflows Ages of Patients Served: Young Adult through Late Adult (18 - 60+) Nurse to Patient Ratios: 1:6 Core Staffing Plan: Variable staffing grid to include: Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Patient Care Technicians (PCTs), Nurse Interns (NIs). An RN assumes full responsibility for the patients on each team. Staffing Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Successful completion of a proctored rhythm test
Will accept anyone interested in working longer than 13 weeks.
Compliance Credentials Needed for Submission:
- Current TN RN License
- Current AHA BLS
- Current AHA ACLS
- Current Driver’s License
- Last four of SSN and DOB
- EMR Experience (Include years of experience, and systems used)
- COVID Vaccination Card preferred but not required
- Final RTO
- Resume

Shift: Nights 1830-0700
Department: Observation Unit
Holidays: Travelers are required to work two of the three major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's. Travelers will not choose which holidays they work; their unit managers will coordinate schedules based on the unit's needs.
Travel Hourly Pay: $21.00
Travel Stipend: $1500.00
Travel Weekly Package: $2256.00
Local Hourly Pay: $41.00
Local Weekly Package: $1476.00
