Fidé is currently seeking a Psychiatrist with Outpatient experience for a permanent placement in Schenectady, NY
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts + On call
Weekends: Call Rotation: Weekends – 1 weekend per month; Nights: Rotating Call
On Call Requirements: Call Rotation: Weekends – 1 weekend per month; Nights: Rotating Call
This position is 100% onsite - not Telehealth
Compensation will be based on the candidate's years of experience, recognizing their accumulated skills, knowledge, and expertise.
Credentials Needed for Submission & Specific Responsibilities:
- The Psychiatrist will provide outpatient coverage for adult patients at the Outpatient Mental Health Clinic
- Position hours are Mon-Fri, 8 hour shifts;
- Call Rotation: Weekends – 1 weekend per month; Nights: Rotating Call
- Applicants should possess excellent clinical skills, communication skills, and a strong commitment to providing care that is team oriented
- Experienced candidates are preferred, but also accepting recent graduates working toward BC
- Starting Bonus (to be discussed at interview)
- Relocation Allowance, if applicable -- The amount is determined by the distance they are moving from to the facility. It is a reimbursement-based system. Providers receive the amount in their contract, and they can submit receipts for reimbursement up to that amount.
