Fidé is currently seeking an Emergency Room RN with experience for a 13-week contract in Lander, WY
Minimum Requirements: The following experience is required: 2+ years of current Emergency Room experience. The Registered Nurse holds shift accountability for providing care to Emergency Room patients by utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and Hospital policy and procedures. The registered nurse demonstrates critical thinking skills, scientific judgement and leadership in the anticipation and planning for safe delivery of care of the patient in the Emergency Department; maintains clinical competencies through continuing education; delegates patient care priorities commensurate with the education and experience of the staff available; provides direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care.
Compliance Credentials Needed for Submission:
- Current WY RN License – compact allowed
- Current AHA BLS
- Current AHA ACLS
- Current AHA PALS
- Current NRP
- Current TNCC
- COVID Vaccination Card, preferred but not required
- Skills Checklist from within the past 12 months
- Drivers License
- EMR Experience (Include years of experience, and systems used)
- Final RTO no more than seven days
- Resume
- Two Supervisory References from the past two years of employment
Hours Per Week: 36
Shift: Nights 7p-7a
Travel Hourly Pay: $30.00
Travel Stipend: $1246.00
Travel Weekly Package: $2326.00
Local Hourly Pay: $56.00
Local Weekly Package: $2016.00
