Fidé is currently seeking a Med/Surg RN with experience for a 13-week contract in Jackson, MS
Minimum Requirements: The following experience is required: 5+ years of current Med/Surg experience. Provide comprehensive patient care for individuals with various medical and surgical conditions, ensuring safety and comfort. Monitor and assess patient progress, including vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments. Administer medications and perform medical procedures as ordered, adhering to best practices and safety protocols. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Educate patients and families on health management, post-operative care, and lifestyle modifications. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes. Respond to emergencies and provide critical interventions when necessary, demonstrating strong clinical judgment. Foster a compassionate and supportive environment for patients, promoting healing and recovery.
Compliance Credentials Needed for Submission:
- Current MS RN License – compact allowed
- Current AHA BLS
- Current AHA ACLS
- Current Driver’s License
- Last four of SSN and DOB
- EMR Experience (Include years of experience, and systems used)
- COVID Vaccination Card preferred but not required
- Final RTO

Holidays: Travelers are required to work two of the three major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's. Travelers will not choose which holidays they work; their unit managers will coordinate schedules based on the unit's needs.
Travel Hourly Pay: $25.00
Travel Stipend: $1246.00
Travel Weekly Package: $2146.00
Local Hourly Pay: $46.00
Local Weekly Package: $1656.00
