Fidé is currently seeking an Operating Room RN with experience for a 13-week contract in Lawton, OK
Minimum Requirements: The following experience is required: 1+ years of current Operating Room experience. Circulating experience - Required
Must be able to work some of the holidays while on assignment
Recent traveler experience - highly preferred
No special scheduling requirements - Required
Compliance Credentials Needed for Submission:
- Current OK RN License – compact allowed
- Current AHA BLS
- Skills Checklist from within the past 12 months
- Drivers License
- EMR Experience (Include years of experience, and systems used)
- Final RTO
- Resume
- Two Supervisory References from the past two years of employment
Hours Per Week: 40
Shift: Days 6:30A - 3:00P
Weekend Requirements: 1-2 weekend days of call per 13-week period.
On-Call Requirements: Some Call
Travel Hourly Pay: $27.00
Travel Stipend: $1100.00
Travel Weekly Package: $2072.00
Local Hourly Pay: $4400
Local Weekly Package: $1584.00
