Fidé is currently seeking an RN with current Med/Surg/Tele experience for a 13-week contract in Lima, OH
Minimum Requirements: 1+ years of current Med/Surg/Tele RN experience. Must float to all units within skill level – Required. Functioning within the Health System’s mission, vision, values, policies and procedures, the Registered Nurse assumes responsibility and accountability for the care of assigned patients on his/her shift. RN responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care using age specific criteria. Judgments are made based upon scientific knowledge and clinical skills. The RN also assists in planning, directing and teaching non-RN staff such as LPN/PCT and Unit Secretaries
Compliance Credentials Needed for Submission:
- Current OH RN License – compact allowed
- Current AHA BLS
- Current AHA ACLS
- Current NIHSS
- Resume
- Skills Checklist from within the past 12 months
- Drivers License
- COVID Vaccination Card, exemptions allowed upon request
- EMR Experience (Include years of experience, and systems used)
- Final RTO
- Two Supervisory References from the past two years of employment
Hours Per Week: 36
Shift: Days 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM / Will float to all units within skill level
Weekend Requirements: Every Other Weekend
On Call: No Call
Travel Hourly Pay: $26.00
Travel Stipend: $1246.00
Travel Weekly Package: $2182.00
Local Hourly Pay: $53.00
Local Weekly Package: $1908.00
