Fidé is currently seeking a Tech with Pharmacy experience for a 13-week contract in Denver, CO
Minimum Requirements: The following experience is required: 2+ years of current Pharmacy Tech experience. Must have IV Compounding experience.
Job Description: The Pharmacy Technician under the direct supervision of the Director of Pharmacy or Registered Pharmacist – and according to the standards procedures-dispenses additives for IV and irrigating solutions, mixes IV additive solutions as required using aseptic technique with the laminar air flow hood, types labels, prepares and files charge slips, and performs other related duties. Reports to the Director of Pharmacy.
Compliance Credentials Needed for Submission:
- Current CO BOP license as well as being CPhT certified & must have current PTCB Certification
- Skills Checklist from within the past 12 months
- Drivers License
- EMR Experience (Include years of experience, and systems used)
- Final RTO no more than seven days
- Resume
- Two Supervisory References from the past two years of employment
Hours Per Week: 40
Shift: Shifts will be (5) 8's or (4) 10's, depending on staffing; Monday-Friday, 8a-6p, Saturday & Sunday, 9a-3p
Weekend Requirements: Every Other
On Call Requirements: None
Travel Hourly Pay: $21.00
Travel Stipend: $1000.00
Travel Weekly Package: $1840.00
Local Hourly Pay: $41.00
Local Weekly Package: $1640.00
