Fidé is currently seeking a Medical Lab Tech with Lead experience for a 13-week contract in Lander, WY
Minimum Requirements: The following experience is required: 2+ years of current Lead Medical Lab Tech experience. Must have Blood Bank / Transfusion Services experience
Job Description: Performs analyses in hematology, chemistry urinalysis, coagulation, blood bank and microbiology according to expected performance standards. Performs analyses in hematology, chemistry urinalysis, coagulation, blood bank and microbiology according to expected performance standards. Performs venipuncture, finger stick, or heel stick on identified patients by physician's request in a timely, accurate and caring manner. Keeps documented records current regarding maintenance and quality control. Meets the lab service goals as scheduled or report problems to lab director. Promotes adherence to the Company's Code of Business Conduct and the Corporate Compliance Agreement by monitoring employee performance and identifying and responding to compliance issues. Conducts job responsibilities in accordance with the standards set out in the Company's Code of Business Conduct, its policies and procedures, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, applicable federal and state laws, and applicable professional standards.
Compliance Credentials Needed for Submission:
- A minimum of a HS diploma and either: graduated from a MT or CLS training program approved or accredited by ABHES, CAHEA other organization approved by HHS
- Must have ASCP certification, must be attached to the submission
- Current AHA BLS
- Skills Checklist from within the past 12 months
- Drivers License
- EMR Experience (Include years of experience, and systems used)
- Final RTO
- Resume
- Two Supervisory References from the past two years of employment
Hours Per Week: 36
Shift: Days 6a-6p

Weekend Requirements: Every Other
Travel Hourly Pay: $25.00
Travel Stipend: $1246.00
Travel Weekly Package: $2146.00
Local Hourly Pay: $53.00
Local Weekly Package: $1908.00
