Fidé is currently seeking a PT with current experience for a 13-week contract in Raytown, MO

Minimum Requirements: The following experience is required: 2+ years of current Physical Therapist experience. LTC or Rehab experience - Required

Job Description: Physical therapists evaluate posture, gait, balance, coordination and strength to develop a treatment plan with the goal of helping the patient regain mobility and independence. After identifying areas of strength and weakness, a physical therapist may work to improve a patient’s independence with tasks such as getting up from a chair or climbing stairs. Dress Code: Casual Professional. Scrubs OK. - Dress Code: Scrubs

Leads, guides and directs the delivery of physical therapy services in the facility in accordance with local, state and federal regulations, standards and established facility policies and procedures to provide appropriate care and services to residents.

The Physical Therapist must possess:

A valid, unrestricted license in his/her therapy discipline in the state.
Meet educational requirements of his/her licensure requirements.
Valid driver’s license in the state of employment.
Knowledgeable of skilled nursing home regulations, procedures, laws, regulations and guidelines pertaining to long-term care.

Current AHA BLS
Skills Checklist from within the past 12 months

EMR Experience (Include years of experience, and systems used)
Final RTO

Two Supervisory References from the past two years of employment

Hours Per Week: 32-40
Shift: 8 hr days
Start Date: 12/30/2024
Weekend Requirements: Occasional; No On Call
Travel Hourly Pay: $26.00
Travel Stipend: $1200.00
Travel Weekly Package: $2240.00
Local Hourly Pay: $50.00
Local Weekly Package: $2000.00
