Fidé is currently seeking an RN with Behavioral Health Inpatient experience for a 13-week contract in Glen Falls, NY
Minimum Requirements: The following experience is required: 2+ years of current Behavioral Health Inpatient experience. Minimum 2+ years of Behavioral Heath Unit experience - Required
EPIC experience – Required. NEED OT BE AVAILABLE FOR ALL HOLIDAY COVERAGE WHERE NEEDED. Experience with Pediatric, Adolescent, and Adult Patients – Required. Recent travel experience. Experience with de-escalation of agitated patients. De-Escalation Training of any kind, CPI or NAPPI/Welle Certifications- Preferred. Cerner experience – Preferred. Clinician MUST be reliable! No attendance concerns, call outs, etc... - very patient oriented Unit
Average daily census: 20 patients
RN to patient ratio: 1:9 (depending on census)
Patient Population: Adult and Geriatric
Average stay length: 5-7 days
EMR: Cerner
Dress Code: Personal scrubs of any color - No designs or cartoons. No hoodies.
Compliance Credentials Needed for Submission:
- Current NY RN License
- Current AHA BLS
- Current CPI
- Skills Checklist from within the past 12 months
- Drivers License
- EMR Experience (Include years of experience, and systems used)
- Final RTO - Need to be available for at least 2 out of the 3 upcoming holidays as needed.

- Two Supervisory References from the past two years of employment
Hours Per Week: 36
Shift: 12 Hr Days 6.45 a - 7:15 p
Start Date: 12/19/2024
Weekend Requirements: Every Other Weekend/Holiday rotation required
Travel Hourly Pay: $26.00
Travel Stipend: $1200.00
Travel Weekly Package: $2136.00
