Type: Behavioral Health  RN

Location: Glens Falls, NY

Fidé is currently seeking a Behavioral Health RN  with 2+ years of current experience for a 13-week contract in Glens Falls, NY.

COVID VACCINATIONS MANDATORY TO FILL THIS NEED.  PROOFS MUST BE UPLOADED WITH PROFILE

Average daily census: 20 patients

RN to patient ratio: 1:9 (depending on census)

Patient Population: Adult and Geriatric

Average stay length: 5-7 days

EMR: Cerner

Compliance Credentials Needed for Submission: 

• RN NY License 

• Current AHA BLS

• Recent travel experience - Required

• Experience with de-escalation of agitated patients- Required

• De-Escalation Training of any kind, CPI or NAPPI/Welle Certifications- Preferred

• Cerner experience - Preferred

• COVID Vaccination Card and Current Flu Shot Status

•  Skills Checklist from within the past year

• Interview Availability (best time and days) 

• Resume

• Two Supervisory References from the past two years of employment

Hours Per Week: 36

Shift: 12hr Nights,  7  PM - 7  AM, 

Weekend Requirements: Every Other Weekend

Holiday Requirements: Rotation

On-Call Requirement: None
