Location: Harrison, MI
Fidé is currently seeking a Physical Therapist with Outpatient and Rehab experience for a 13-week contract in Harrison, MI
Minimum Requirements: The following experience is required: Physical Therapy experience. **WILL TAKE NEW GRADS** MUST notate if T has EPIC exp in profile (please notate if within last year or not)
Physical Therapy focuses on preventing and healing injuries and disabilities that affect your capacity to perform normal, daily tasks. Some conditions that may benefit from physical therapy include sports injuries, amputations, joint replacement, back and neck pain, headaches and neurological conditions.
A physical therapist can help you:
- Improve mobility, balance, range of motion or endurance
- Reduce pain
- Prevent injuries by learning to move more safely
- Return to normal daily activities
Compliance Credentials Needed for Submission:
- Current Licensure in the state of MI
- Current AHA BLS
- COVID Vaccination Card, no exemptions allowed
- Skills Checklist
- Resume
- Two Supervisory References
Hours Per Week: 40
Shift: Days 5*8 hour shifts OR 4*10 hour shifts
Weekend Requirements: No Weekends
Holiday Requirements: TBD
On-Call Requirement: None
