Type: Surgical Tech / CST
Location: Waterloo, IA
Fidé is currently seeking a Tech with CST experience for a 13-week contract in Waterloo, IA
Minimum Requirements: The following experience is required: 2+ years of current CST experience. EMR EPIC experience required. Clinical Excellence Focus: Promotes the use of evidence based practice through the nursing process, protocols and procedures.
Compliance Credentials Needed for Submission:
- Current NBSTSA
- Current AHA BLS
- COVID Vaccination Card, no exemptions allowed
- Skills Checklist
- Resume
- Two Supervisory References
Hours Per Week: 40
Shift: Days 10 hr Days, . Shift start and end times will be anywhere between 6a-8:30p. Traveler will need to be reasonably flexible (cases could start early or run late, etc)
Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend
Holiday Requirements: TBD
On-Call Requirement: 1 night/week
