Type: Med/Surg/Tele/PCU
Location: Claremont, NH
Fidé is currently seeking an RN with Med/Surg/Tele/PCU experience for a 13-week contract in Claremont, NH
Minimum Requirements: The following experience is required: 3+ years of current Med/Surg/Tele/PCU experience. 3+ years PCU, Med /Surg, Tele experience -Required - Tele experience – Required - Previous travel experience – Highly Preferred - Rural/small facility experience – Highly Preferred
This is a very small unit/facility, rural experience is preferred. Must be able to work independently/Hit the ground running!
Dress Code: Personal scrubs of any color
Patient Population: Newborn - Geriatric
EMR: MedHost
RN/Patient Ratio: 5:1, depending on acuity. Higher acuity PCU patients would be 3:1 or 4:1. This is for both day and night shifts.
Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!!
Traveler must be willing to work July 4 and Labor Day holidays, including weekends before (If Needed/Scheduled). RTO during these holidays will not be approved. NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).

- Current NH RN License – compact allowed
- Current AHA BLS
- Current AHA ACLS
- COVID Vaccination Card, no exemptions allowed

- Drivers License
- Final RTO
- Resume
- Two Supervisory References from the past two years of employment
