Fidé is currently seeking an RN with Med/Surg experience for a 13-week contract in Nashville, TN
Minimum Requirements: The following experience is required: 2+ years of current Med/Surg experience. Looking for travelers that thrive in a fast paced environment that is rooted in teamwork for this Saint Thomas Neuro Unit. Staffing Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Successful completion of a proctored rhythm test
Unit Capacity: 38 Beds Population Served: Strokes, Neurological disorders, Brain injuries, Brain Tumors, Spine Injuries, Brain and Spine Surgeries, Seizures, Epilepsy, 3 EMU rooms (Epilepsy Monitoring Unit) AMS, Dementia, Neuropsychology/Behavioral Health, Med-surg Ages of Patients Served: Young Adult through Late Adult (18 - 60+) Nurse to Patient Ratios: 1:6
Compliance Credentials Needed for Submission:
- Current TN RN License – compact allowed
- Current AHA BLS
- Current NIHSS
- Current CPI or willing to obtain by start
- COVID Vaccination Card, no exemptions allowed
- Resume
- Two Past Supervisor References (must have job title, email, valid phone number)
