Fidé is currently seeking an RN with Medical/Surgical experience for a 13-week contract in Nashville, TN.
Minimum Requirements: The following experience is required: 2+ years of current Medical/Surgical Experience.
Unit Description: Unit Capacity: 38 Beds Population Served: Strokes, Neurological disorders, Brain injuries, Brain Tumors, Spine Injuries, Brain and Spine Surgeries, Seizures, Epilepsy, 3 EMU rooms (Epilepsy Monitoring Unit) AMS, Dementia, Neuropsychology/Behavioral Health, Med-surg Ages of Patients Served: Young Adult through Late Adult (18 - 60+) Nurse to Patient Ratios: 1:6 Core Staffing Plan: Variable staffing grid to include: Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Patient Care Technici
Compliance Credentials Needed for Submission:
- Current TN RN License
- Current AHA BLS
- Current NIH Certification
- Current CPI
- COVID Vaccination Card, no exemptions allowed
- Resume
- Two Past Supervisor References (must have job title, email, valid phone number)
