Fidé is currently seeking an RN with Med/Surg experience for a 13-week contract in Plymouth, NH
Minimum Requirements: The following experience is required: 3+ years of current Med/Surg experience. ICU experience Strongly Preferred - Those travelers with ICU experience will receive first consideration - Travel experience Preferred - Meditech experience Highly preferred - BSN Preferred - Must demonstrate clinical competence by utilizing the nursing process. Must assess and identify patient problems/needs - Will establish a plan of care, implement interventions, and evaluate and revise the patient plan of care based on patient progress. Responsible for assisting, supporting, and educating patients
# of beds: 18
Average RN to Patient ratio: 1:4/6
EMR: Meditech
Dress code: Traveler provided scrubs of any color
Patient population: Pediatric-Geriatric
Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).
