Fidé is currently seeking an RN with Telemetry experience for a 13-week contract in Murfreesboro, TN
Minimum Requirements: The following experience is required: 2+ years of current Telemetry experience. Looking for self-motivated Registered Nurse with Cardiac Telemetry, Stepdown, or ICU experience on this new unit at Saint Thomas Rutherford. Staffing Certification Needed: Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Successful completion of a proctored rhythm test
Unit Capacity: 36 Beds Typical Nurse to Patient Ratios: 1:3 Population Served: Stepdown/PCU: Continuous Bipap, low-dose vasopressors, trauma patients, lumbar drains, CIWA patients on higher doses of Ativan, hyponatremia, emergency dialysis patients, Hyperkalemia, Antifreeze ingestions, Home vents (trachs), Sheath removal, CEA, Rhabdo, Precedex, Stroke patients with Q2 neuro checks, Stable craniotomies, Fentanyl drips. Ages of Patients Served: Young Adult through Late Adult (18 - 60+)
Compliance Credentials Needed for Submission:
- Current TN RN License – compact allowed
- Current AHA BLS
- Current AHA ACLS
- Current CPI or willing to obtain
- COVID Vaccination Card, no exemptions allowed
- Resume
- Two Past Supervisor References (must have job title, email, valid phone number)
