Location: Windsor, VT

Fidé is currently seeking an RN with Rehab / Med/Surg experience for a 13-week contract in Windsor, VT

Minimum Requirements: The following experience is required: 2+ years of current Rehab / Med/Surg experience. May float between Acute Rehab and Med Surg.
  • May be asked to work as a backup Charge Nurse
  • Coordinates total nursing care for patients
  • Participates in patient and family teaching
  • Provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting
EMR: Cerner
Nurse to patient ratio: 1 to 4/5
Average daily patient census: 22

Compliance Credentials Needed for Submission:
  • Current VT RN License – compact allowed
  • Current AHA BLS
  • Current AHA ACLS
  • COVID Vaccination Card, no exemptions allowed
  • Skills Checklist
  • Resume
  • Two Supervisory References from the past two years of employment
Hours Per Week: 36
Shift: Days; DAYS Will float to other Units between Acute Rehab/Acute Med Surg; EOW / Holiday Rotation
